It’s based on a recipe that dates back to 1775. The 19 botanicals are distilled over an open flame, using a copper pot still. It’s has a delicate and fragrant nose of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon.

Gin Citadelle ABV 44% France

Twenty-two botanicals, including three unique to Réserve: yuzu, genepy, and blueberry. That gin is then aged in five different kinds of barrels.

Starting with the traditional French Oak which you would expect to find at a Cognac distillery, to the unusual acacia, mulberry, chestnut and cherry.

Robust and spicy, dense mouthfeel and richly textured, with cinnamon and clove on the palate, and citrus-tinged freshness to lighten the load. Harmonious blend of dense spices, rich oak, and lemon and orange notes.

Evan Williams Black Label Kentucky Bourbon ABV 43%

Aromas of Caramel apples, spearmint, black pepper. A light hint ot corn sits in the background. A slightly spicy kick of clove. Palate: Raisins and walnuts. Creamy vanilla at the core, with an underpinning hint of vegetal oak.

Cognac Prunier VS ABV 40%

Maison Pruner’s youngest Cognac. Aged for 30 months, the blend boasts a particularly elegant flavor profile with notes of tea, white flowers and citrus.
