Description

Grape Variety – Nebbiolo 100%, subspecies Lampia, Michet, Rosé. 
ABV: 14.5%

Place of production – The vineyard is located in the municipality of Barolo and Serralunga. Piemont Italy.

Visual – A beautiful garnet red with orange reflections.
Nose – Intense bouquet, ample and ethereal, reminiscent of roses and violets. Important, dry, warm and harmonious.
Taste -Harmonious elegance full-bodied wine, dry and smooth. A gorgeous warm and rounded wine, with pleasant acidity along of elegant tannins, a very pleasant and persistent finish, very well balanced.
Vinification – The grapes are hand picked and strictly selected to begin the traditional vinification process, when the fermentations have finished, the wine is poured poured into French oak barrels, allowing it to age slowly and develop it’s special characteristics over the next 30 months. Then the wine is bottled, with individual oversight and resting for another 6 months at least before going to market. Vegan friendly. Serving temperature: 18-20°C
