Visual – Limpid Straw-yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose – Sophisticated and delicate aromas. Starting Floral notes of Jasmin and yellow flower. Fruitiness white peach, Pear with bounces of Pineapple and chalky soil.
Taste – Medium body, dry, smooth. Followed by fresh acidity and crispness, with a slightly bitter after taste, along of a sophisticated fizzy finish.
Vinification – The traditional vinification process the wine is gently pressing by a neumatic system, to be placed into a stainless steel tank, during of the next days the wine starts the fermentation process under low temperature control system, allowing it develops his fresh ad crispy character, then the wine is ready to be bottled leaving it resting for a period not less of 6 months, before going to the market. Vegan friendly. – Serving temperature: 8 – 10°C
